About me:
Darcy Luoma, www.DarcyLuoma.com, is a coach, facilitator and trainer who has expertise in leadership, team development, organizational and relationship systems, emotional intelligence, and personal effectiveness. Darcy has a proven track record in coaching and developing managers and executives for the past 15 years.

A dynamic speaker and exceptional coach, Darcy has been a presenter at the International Coach Federation-Madison Chapter, Women’s Business Expo, Foley & Lardner, UW—Madison Robert M. La Follette School of Public Affairs Wisconsin Women in Government (WWIG) graduate seminar, and several speed coaching events.

Darcy has designed and facilitated a variety of coaching and training programs with outcomes ranging from developing up-and-coming leaders to facilitating well-developed teams to greater success. She is passionate about helping people thrive personally and professionally. Her work is based on the belief that increasing emotional intelligence and setting specific goals with executable action plans helps leaders and teams achieve more with less effort.

Along with balancing being a wife and mom of two adorable daughters, Darcy enjoys hiking, adventure travel, camping, skiing, and competing in triathlons—including finishing her first Ironman in 2004.
